Biography of Mr. Mirwais Mirzakwal-Finance & Admin Deputy

Mr. Mirwais Mirzakwal was born in 1987 in Kabul, Afghanistan.

Educational Background:

After completion of his secondary  education, he joined  Bakhter University of Higher Education for his Higher Education (Bachelors) in Business administration and has completed his Bachelors (Major in Finance).

In Addition, He has completed his Master’s degree in Public Administration and is

Successfully graduated from Kabul University of Higher Education.

He has excellent communicational skills, including comprehensive Management

Skills, working under time restricted events and emergency environment.

Work History:

Mr.  Mirzakwal  is  currently  serving  as  Deputy  of  Finance  and  Admin  for

Afghanistan Railway Authority.

Prior to this, he was Deputy of Admin for Ariana Afghan Airlines.

In Addition, Over the past decades he has been working in different Governmental and non-governmental Organizations in Afghanistan such as Technical Expert for Transport  Sector,  Ministry  of  Transport,  Labour  &  Youth  affairs  Advisor for MolSAMD, Commercial Director for Afghanistan urban water supply & Sewerage Corporation,  (AUWSSC),  Admin  &  Finance  Director  for  IDLG/BADGHIS
