The Afghanistan Railway Authority, MoT is supposed to award the contract for: detailed design for Khaf-Herat Segment IV, Phase-II Railway Project (44km), under the contract No, ARA/1398/KH-HR/LICB/QCBS/C-003 with Iran Industrial Consultants, having license No. 38993 located in, No5, 7th Alley, Sarafraz St, Beheshti, Ave, Tehran, Iran; in the amount of USD 170,500 (One Hundred Seventy Thousand and Five Hundreds United States Dollars). Including local Taxes.
Bidders who appeal reconsideration or have any objection, they can submit their application within seven calendar days to the Afghanistan Railway Authority from the date of this announcement.
This notification does not constitute award of contract. The contract shall not be awarded until the notice provided elapsed and complaints, if any received, is addressed in compliance with appeal and review manual.
